DESCRIPTION:Each day your child will learn more about Jesus and develop a heart of worship as they enjoy rotations in Praise Songs\, Instrumental Instruction\, Art\, and Movement. This year\, our focus will be to honor and glorify “Our Great God”. \n  \nREGISTER HERE\n  \n\n\nBreakout choices include:\nSinging/Choreography –\nAll kids will learn music and choreography for our Praise Presentation! \nDance – Children will be introduced to ballet and contemporary dance choreography and will be featured in a song during our Praise Presentation. \nGym/DrumFit – Come to the gym for games and DrumFit!DrumFit is a fun physical activity that incorporates cardio and rhythmic drumming using drumsticks and a yoga ball. \nOrff – This breakout is all about composing and creating music using the Orff Schulwerk method. Kids will learn to play xylophones\, metallophones\, and glockenspiels and will be featured in a song during our Praise Presentation. \nWorld Drum – World drumming teaches children the fundamentals of rhythm and drumming using tubano and djembe drums. They will be featured in a song during our Praise Presentation. \nUkulele – In this breakout\, kids will learn basic chords and strumming techniques and will be featured in a song during our Praise Presentation. \nRecorder – This engaging breakout teaches kids simple melodies and techniques to play the recorder\, fostering a love for music and worship through hands-on fun. They will also be featured in a song during our Praise Presentation. \nInstrument Sound Stories – In this musical sound story class\, kids will explore storytelling through sound\, using instruments\, voices\, and everyday objects to bring stories to life. It will spark creativity and listening skills in a fun\, hands-on environment. \nArt –Kids will create an art project that reinforces our theme for the week! Projects will be displayed at our Praise Presentation. \nInstruments/Movement/Games – Children will move and play using parachutes and scarves! They will also use boomwhackers and Prodigies bells to create music together. \nDrama/Theatre Games – Join us for an interactive class that introduces children to the world of theater through fun activities and games.
