Women’s | Ladies Fitness Class

Join us for a “Reset” and participate in our brand new women’s boot camp fitness class perfect for all levels. You will have fun while improving your strength, balance, flexibility, and cardio. Each class will end with a short devotional to leave you encouraged and feeling strong.
Fitness instructor, Carol Thomas, will lead the class, and sessions will be at 10am in the Wicker Gym Wednesday mornings. Community classes are only $12 per session and will kick off on June 8. For more information, email firstname.lastname@example.org.
