SUMMARY:Guatemala Medical & VBS Mission Trip
DESCRIPTION:Our medical team travels to small outlying locations each day to host medical clinics. We host four successive days of clinics that draw from 50-150 people with a variety of health needs\, many of them basic. The goal is to minister to everyone spiritually while we help meet their medical needs. While our medical team is handling things at the clinics\, we have a VBS for the children and families that attend the four days of medical clinics. We have developed a program that helps share the gospel which we use to minister to everyone who arrives for the clinics. DESCRIPTION:We all have struggles in life; struggles with addictions: alcohol\, drugs\, food\, depression\, anxiety\, and relationships to name a few. \nLife Recovery brings Christian recovery to you through groups that meet on campus at First Dallas. \nLife Recovery Groups are gender-specific as there is more opportunity to share and it is easier to share in a gender-specific group. We are going through the Life Recovery Workbook as a step study.
