SUMMARY:Awana Verse-A-Thon
DESCRIPTION:The Awana Verse-A-Thon will take place on Wednesday\, April 23 at 6:30pm in HFC 2 and 6. Families should check in at their Awana classroom. \nOur Awana children will recite Bible verses from their current handbook. This is an opportunity to review verses they have already memorized\, allowing God’s Word to go deeper into their hearts and minds. Money raised during our Verse-A-Thon will be used for The Africa Child & School Initiative reaching children with the gospel message in Africa public schools.\n\nIt only takes $650 to help equip an entire public school in Africa with Awana Bible engagement programs. Our First Dallas Awana ministry has a goal to fully equip 12 schools in Africa!\n\nPrize Opportunities\n\nAll participants will receive a Bahama Bucks Sno Cone on April 23\nParticipants raising at least $100 will receive a Go! Missions Badge\nTop Donating Team in each age group will receive recognition at the Awana End of Year Award Ceremony\n\nDONATE HERE
