In addition to a bachelor’s degree in education from Samford University\, she also holds a master’s degree in college administration from the University of Arkansas\, and a master’s degree in counseling from Liberty University. DESCRIPTION:Dive into a good story this summer with the Truett Library Summer Reading Club! Children from toddlers–6th graders can visit the library to check out books/audiobooks\, read/listen\, and return them for a prize\, beginning Sunday\, June 2–23. For more information and to register\, come to Truett Library\, located under the Historic Sanctuary. There are so many wonderful stories to dive into and explore—how many will you have on your reading log? \nOur Summer Reading Club is more than just a fun and exciting time for children to earn prizes for their reading\, it’s an opportunity for parents to honor Ephesians 6:4b to “bring [their children] up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord” and encourage them to think on the things Paul encourages us to dwell on in Philippians 4:8\, whatever is true\, honest\, just\, pure\, lovely\, of good report\, virtuous\, and praiseworthy. The goal of our reading club is that\, through each book\, children will learn more about Jesus\, come to faith in Him\, and learn to walk in biblical truth.
