DESCRIPTION:Teams of 4–7 will compete in a nine-week season\, capped with playoffs to determine the champion. Players of all skill levels are welcome and can sign up as part of a team (core member) or as a free agent. All rosters must have at least one girl who must be on the court at all times. \nMeet up with others who enjoy playing volleyball. SUMMARY:Women's Bible Study
DESCRIPTION:First Dallas recognizes the importance of Bible study in a woman’s life\, and that’s not all\, we also know that women need fellowship and encouragement—they need other women to pray with them and to encourage them to live in obedience to God’s Word. \nFor this reason\, we offer Women’s Bible Study\, inviting women of all ages\, from all walks of life—whether young or old\, married or single\, with children or without children\, new to the Christian life\, those who have been Christians for many years\, and those who are just beginning to explore the Bible. When you come to WBS\, you will find yourself engulfed in a welcoming atmosphere and will learn that other women have similar joys and struggles to share; we will study a passage together and recognize there is truth to impact our lives. Because our focus is God’s Word\, you can be certain\, you will grow in your faith and you will become a woman who knows the Lord in a deeper way—and that will impact all your relationships. DESCRIPTION:GriefShare is a support group designed to help individuals deal with their grief and move through mourning in community with others who are hurting. Weekly classes include a video seminar led by national grief experts\, discussion from topics in the workbook\, and a share time. Facilitators are well-trained lay leaders and offer biblically-based guidance. GriefShare is not a professional counseling therapy group. Some of the topics covered during the program include: “Is This Normal? Common Responses to the Death of a Loved One\,” “Guilt and Anger\,” “Complicating Factors\,” and “Lessons of Grief.” Each group session includes a video seminar and group discussion sessions. \nREGISTER HERE
