The Bridge is our volunteer development and placement program for musicians and vocalists who are passionate about using their gifts and talents within the various ministries in the church.
The program is looking for First Dallas members who are excited, servant-minded, committed, skilled, and available.
All candidates should be willing and flexible in the types of ministries or events where they may be placed; from young children’s groups to potential positions in larger worship services.
The process begins with an audition at the church to evaluate musical ability and better understand the heart and attitude of the candidate. Based on this, there will be a brief orientation period before the applicant could be scheduled to join a semester in one of our weekly development bands or made available for ministry assignments.
All who join The Bridge will sign an agreement that outlines expectations for how the program will function and a team code of conduct.
