Easter and Palm Sunday at First Dallas
On Palm Sunday, April 13, invite your One Life to experience an incredible morning with Grammy Award-winning musical artist Matt Redman, known for his hit single, “10,000 Reasons.” Plus, hear an encouraging message from Dr. Robert Jeffress. Children will experience the triumphal entry with real palm branches and live donkeys.
Come back for more worship led by our Choir & Orchestra and Matt Redman as we observe the Lord’s Supper together. Then, we will carry the cross of Jesus Christ high as we “March for Eternal Life” to Klyde Warren Park for an outdoor worship concert with Matt Redman and the First Dallas Band.

Born in England, Matt Redman currently resides in California with his wife, Beth, and their five children. He is a double GRAMMY® Award-winning worship leader and songwriter, best known for his songs, including “The Heart of Worship,” “Blessed Be Your Name,” “Son of Suffering,” and the double-GRAMMY® winning “10,000 Reasons.” Beyond music, Matt is the author of several books on worship and hosts WOR/TH, an event, and podcast designed to encourage deep, biblical, and poetic theology in our songs and services.

At First Baptist Dallas, our mission is to transform the world with God’s Word . . . one life at a time. We take this mission directly from Christ’s words in Scripture.
“Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age” (Matthew 28:19–20).
The Great Commission is not a suggestion—it’s a command. It is an urgent necessity for us to pursue. Our task is to tell people about God’s forgiveness and then help them grow to be like Christ. The success of this work is made possible through Christ’s abiding presence with His church, working in and through us by His Spirit to accomplish His purpose.
And it’s as simple as inviting One Life to church on Palm Sunday & Easter.
