Sports | Upward Basketball & Cheer

We are excited about our Upward volleyball league this season! Girls of all skill levels in grades 3^rd-8^th are welcome to participate.

Our coaches and volunteers invest not only in helping children learn and improve their mental and physical abilities, but also guide them to grow spiritually by learning the values of discipline, good sportsmanship, and being an encouragement to others. (And of course, they’ll have fun!)

SIZING & EVALUATIONS:

3^rd-5^th Grade Evaluation | Saturday, September 13 | 9:30AM-10:30AM

6^th-8th Grade Evaluation | Saturday, September 13 | 10:45AM-11:45AM

**All Evaluations will be held in the Wicker Gym at First Baptist Dallas

PRACTICE:

• Each team will have one practice per week
• Practice will be on Saturdays, then each team will play a game following practice
• Practice times TBD

PRACTICE/GAME TIMES: Once we know how many teams, we will create practice and game schedules. The tentative schedule is below.

• 3^rd-5th grade will practice/play morning.
• 6^th-8th grade will practice/play mid-morning to early afternoon.

END OF SEASON PARTY:

• All players and their families will be invited to attend.

*The Wicker Gym entrance is on the 6th floor of the Horner Garage on the south end. Drive up to floor seven, then take the down ramp to floor six. The entrance to the gym will be on your left.
