Deaf Ministry Women’s Retreat

Ladies, join us for a Deaf Ministry Women’s Retreat Friday, September 26, to Sunday, September 28, in Gun Barrel City, Texas.

DIRECTIONS:
Our retreat home is located in Gun Barrel City, Texas, about 1 hour and 30 minutes southeast of Dallas. Detailed directions and the retreat address will be emailed the week of the event.
We recommend checking Google Maps or Apple Maps for the most up-to-date route.
CARPOOLING:
There are three options for travel:
- Drive Yourself
- Join the Church Van – Seating is limited and will be first come, first serve.
- Carpool with Others – Horner Garage’s 6th floor will be available for those who plan to carpool and meet at the church.
If you’re carpooling or joining the van, please arrive at the church by 4:30pm on Friday, September 26, so you can leave together by 5pm.
ARRIVAL:
Arrival at the Retreat House is between 6 – 7pm on Friday.
You will check in upon arrival and receive your room assignment and retreat materials at that time.
WHAT TO BRING:
A full packing list will be emailed the week of the retreat.
Important: Don’t forget to bring a pillow and towel, The weather in late September can be unpredictable, so plan accordingly.
ROOM ASSIGNMENTS:
Room assignments will be arranged by the Women’s Ministry Team.
You will receive your room number when you check in at the retreat house.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
All overnight attendees are required to have personal insurance to attend a First Dallas overnight event.
