Dove Hunt

Join us for a Dove Hunt in the heart of West Texas. We’ll be hunting in Santa Ana and staying in Coleman, which is just a short ten-minute drive away. We will be hunting with experienced guides who have access to thousands of acres and scout fields daily to put our group on the most birds.
When: October 4-5

The main lodges consist of three bedrooms with beds for 18 and four couches available.
ARRIVAL:
You can arrive any time after 1PM on Friday. Please make sure to sign the church’s waiver as well as the waiver for the guide service.
HUNTING:
We will head to the field around 3PM on Friday. If you are going to be late, I can send you a text with the pin location.
We will hunt Saturday morning as well. If you do not get a limit in the morning, you will have the opportunity to stay and hunt that evening, if you want to. After the morning hunt, the lodge will be available for those who want to hang around until the evening hunt.
FOOD:
Dinner Friday night and breakfast will be included in your registration.
REMEMBER TO BRING:
– Hunting license (make sure to ask for a migratory bird stamp)
– Hunter safety certification if born after September 2, 1971
– Shotgun with a plug in magazine
– 6-8 boxes of shells
– Cooler to transport birds
– Snacks
– Ear and eye protection
– Boots (there are snakes)
– Chair to sit on
– Hunting vest or bucket to carry birds
