First Friday

Moms of preschoolers, join us on Friday, May 2, for an inspiring First Friday with Mary Ann Bradberry as she shares “Tame the Media Monster and Reclaim Your Child’s Brain.”

Mary Ann Bradberry brings many years of experience in Christian education for children to each of her sessions. After eight years as the Executive Director of Texas Baptist Church Weekday Education Association, Mary Ann retired to spend more time exploring the world through the eyes of her granddaughter.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and a graduate degree in Early Childhood Education from North Texas State University in Denton, Texas. For 12 years, Mary Ann was an editor in chief in the Childhood Publishing Department at LifeWay Christian Resources where she edited preschool Sunday School curriculum, ParentLife magazine, and Vacation Bible School resources. Before going to LifeWay, Mary Ann served as a Preschool and Children’s Minister at churches in Texas and Oklahoma. She has also been an adjunct professor at Dallas Baptist University. Mary Ann lives in Austin, Texas where she is involved in the children’s ministry at Canyon Church.
